Your Mission:
Be the voice of SecondFlor.us ? connect with clients, solve problems, and boost customer satisfaction. Your daily routine will include proactive outreach, client calls, email responses, and collaboration with our logistics center in the U.S.

What You?ll Do:
- Call and convert new sign-ups
- Reconnect with inactive clients
- Manage calls, emails & follow-ups
- Handle issues with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with our U.S. logistics team
- Report daily activities clearly and consistently

Who You Are:
- Fluent/native in American English
- Sales-driven and not afraid of the phone (50?60 calls/day)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A people person ? you turn problems into solutions
