Asistente de Cuentas por Cobrar - Bilingüe

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant for international customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

- 100% fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience of working within a finance function with an accounts receivable focus (preferred but not a must).
- A degree in finance, accounting or business (preferred but not a must).
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and be proactive.

Main responsibilities:

- Assist with production of daily and weekly AR reports.
- Support AR Manager with calendar and credit card collection.
- Contact USA customers for collections.
- Assist AR department resolving customer queries and disputes.
- Reach out to USA customers for contact information and address validation.
- Send statements and requested invoices.
